Big Brother Naija reality show star, Doyinsola Anuoluwapo David, simply known as Doyin, has revealed that she once attempted to bleach her skin.
Fortunately, she stated, the bleaching cream she purchased didn’t work.
In a video statement posted to her Instagram story, Doyin expressed her gratitude for the failure, even if she was first disappointed.
She claimed that she would have regretted it if it had succeeded.
She said, “There was a time I really wanted to bleach my skin. I wanted to be light-skinned so bad. I’m so grateful to God that that cream did not work. Because I would have regretted it.
“I need to shout out to that girl that sold me that cream because at that time I was angry but now thanks girl.”
