Supreme Court dismisses Atiku’s bid to tender fresh evidence

The Supreme Court had just rejected the plea of former Presidential candidate of the People’s Democratic Party, Atiku Abubakar to tender fresh evidence.
Atiku after filing his appeal at the Supreme Court had later applied to tender fresh evidence from discoveries made from Chicago State University and the US Court.
However, the Apex Court has declined his requests, Today, October 26th 2023.
