After his designation as Minister of FCT, Former Governor Nyesom Wike has received some stakeholders of the All Progressives Congress, APC at his Abuja home.
The stakeholders and leaders of the APC from the south south region led by former Governor of Edo State, Sen Adams Oshiomole, paid a courtesy call to Wike’s residence, today 17th of August 2023.
Others on the entourage are Dan Orbih, a Peoples Democratic Party chieftain and a former Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives, Chubudom Nwuche, among others.

While Wike’s appointment as Minister of FCT has sparked a lot of controversy on social media, some have expressed their mixed feelings over the former Governor’s designation, being the first southerner to be appointed as FCT Minister in over 20 years.
