Former Liverpool player, Jermaine Pennant has issued a Premier League title warning to Arsenal ahead of their fixture with Sunderland this weekend.

Arsenal are currently on top of the Premier League table with six points ahead of Manchester City, who are in second place after ten games.

Speaking to Football London, Pennant insisted that he warned Arsenal about ‘one dodgy’ result that could affect their Premier League title race.

He also expressed doubt about the Gunners going unbeaten this season.

“They are 10 games in, there is another 28 games to go,” Pennant said.

“There will come a point where they may drop points. Yes, they are in the driving seat; they probably are the favourites at the moment, but there are some big games that they will have to play and conquer.

“I can’t see Arsenal going 38 games without dropping points, it is up to the rest to capitalise when they do. All it takes is one dodgy result.”
