Manchester United has completed a deal to sign 17-year-old Colombian midfielder, Cristian Orozco from Fortaleza CEIF.

Cyber Reporters gathered that teenage Orozco is set to join the Red Devils in summer 2026 when he turns 18.

Transfer expert Fabrizio Romano confirmed the agreement, worth around $1 million, revealing that all contracts have been approved by United’s lawyers.

Romano disclosed that lead scout Gerardo Guzmán Antonaccio coordinated the deal.

Orozco, a defensive midfielder, has captained Colombia’s Under-17 national team and led them to the final of the Under-17 South American Championships.

His impressive performance showcased his leadership and skills, earning him recognition as a promising talent with strong intensity and potential.

The young player has already gained experience in Colombia’s domestic league with Fortaleza CEIF and has made appearances in youth international competitions.

Orozco’s signing is part of Manchester United’s strategy to invest in young talent, following recent additions like Sekou Kone and Chido Obi-Martin.

The transfer fee for Orozco is $1 million, and he will join United’s squad upon turning 18.

With his leadership and skills, Orozco is expected to be a valuable addition to Manchester United’s midfield.
