Nigerian heavyweight boxer, Efe Ajagba has been ranked among the world’s top 10 fighters by The Ring magazine, securing the No. 10 spot in its latest rankings.

Ajagba, 30, boasts a professional record of 20 wins, one loss, and one draw, with 14 knockouts.

His inclusion in the prestigious list is a testament to his impressive performances, which have reignited his world title ambitions.

The heavyweight division is currently led by Ukraine’s Oleksandr Usyk, with Britain’s Tyson Fury ranked first among contenders.

Ajagba’s ranking solidifies his status as one of Africa’s leading contenders in the division.

Cyber Reporters notes that Ajagba is the only Nigerian currently ranked in the heavyweight top 10.

The Ring magazine, founded in 1922, updates its ratings monthly based on results, performance, and track record, with input from boxing journalists and historians worldwide.

Ajagba’s achievement highlights his growing recognition in the boxing world.
