Real Madrid manager, Carlo Ancelotti has confirmed that David Alaba and Eduardo Camavinga will miss the Copa del Rey final against Barcelona due to injuries.

Alaba was taken off at half-time of their 1-0 win against Getafe on Thursday.

Camavinga, who was replaced by Alaba, could not finish the game.

Madrid has now confirmed that Camavinga suffered “a complete tear of his left adductor tendon” and will not play again this season.

“Camavinga needs to be seen [on Thursday], but both he and Alaba’s are muscle problems, and it’s difficult for them to be there for Saturday,” he said.

“I’m not upset because the objective was to get the three points… It’s true that we looked for more solidity at the back and we need more effectiveness up front. Yes, Fran García is the only alternative at left back for Saturday.”
