Leicester City forward, Jamie Vardy has issued a heartfelt apology to fans following the club’s relegation from the Premier League.

In a statement, Vardy expressed deep disappointment and frustration with the team’s performance, describing the 2025 season as a “total embarrassment” and a “s**t show.”

Cyber Reporters reports that Vardy acknowledged that the entire club had failed, refusing to make excuses for their relegation.

He reflected on his long career at the club, highlighting the pain of the current situation after experiencing many highs, including the 2015/16 title-winning season.

The team set unwanted records this season, including nine consecutive home games without scoring.

Vardy apologized directly to fans for the team’s performance, acknowledging their suffering.

“To the fans: I’m sorry. Sorry we haven’t performed, and sorry we end the 2025 season with such a s**t show,” Vardy said.
