The 146th meeting of the National Economic Council is being presided over by Nigeria’s vice president, Kashim Shettima, in the State House in Abuja.

Shettima arrived at the location, the Council Chamber of the State House in Abuja, and the meeting started at around 12:06 p.m.

Report claims that the NEC meeting on Thursday may be the final one for 2024.

It is anticipated that members will discuss topics ranging from the fiscal year 2025 to the states’ State Police report.

Members of President Bola Tinubu’s economic team, state governors, and a few deputy governors are present.
