American singer and actress Selena Gomez has announced she is engaged to her boyfriend, producer Benny Blanco.
The superstar announced on her Instagram page on Wednesday, wearing a massive diamond ring.
She captioned the photo: “Forever begins now.”
Taking to the comment section, her fiance, Blanco wrote, “Hey wait…That’s my wife.” Gomez’s best friend, Taylor Swift reacted: “Yes, I will be the flower girl.”
Gomez and Blanco had known each other for years, having worked together on the 2019 single “I Can’t Get Enough” alongside Tainy and J Balvin, before they began dating in 2023. The couple confirmed that they were dating in December 2023.
Blanco said during a May visit on The Howard Stern Show that he could see himself marrying the Only Murders In The Building actress.
“When I look at her … I’m always just like, I don’t know a world where it could be better than this,” he said at the time.
